Lansdowne recently undertook the challenge of installing a 160 sqm of a Raj Green Indian Sandstone patio at Cowslip Farm in Dunnington, York, showcasing Lansdowne's expertise in managing large-scale and complex outdoor projects.
The choice of Raj Green sandstone was driven by the customer’s preference for a natural look that complements the rustic environment of the farm. Enhanced by a cobble border and finished with grey weather-resistant resin, the patio promises durability and aesthetic appeal.

Faced with one of the wettest years, the project was fraught with difficulties, including boggy ground conditions that hampered machinery. The team employed innovative solutions such as water pumps and strategic drainage to manage the waterlogged site effectively.
